Welcome to the School of Heroes!

Step 1: Inquiry & School Information

Begin by filling out the admission form below to request more information. Once submitted, we will promptly provide you with our admissions packet, which includes details about our programs, curriculum, tuition, and application process.

Step 2: School Visit

We will schedule a personalized tour of our school, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our admissions team. During this visit, you’ll learn more about our Finnish-American approach to education, our teaching methods, and what makes Ikigai a unique learning environment.

Step 3: Application Submission

To apply, please submit the following documents:

  • Completed application form
  • Photocopy of parents’ and child’s ID (or passport)
  • Copy of child’s birth certificate
  • School records (if transferring from another institution)
  • School referral form

Step 4: Student Evaluation

At Ikigai, we conduct developmentally appropriate, strengths-based evaluations to better understand each student’s needs. An appointment will be scheduled for this assessment. During this time, you may also submit any pending documentation and meet with a member of the administrative team to address any questions you may have.

Step 5: Admission Decision & Enrollment Offer

Once the evaluation is complete, parents will receive an admissions decision along with the next steps for enrollment. This will include details about:

  • Remaining required documents
  • Tuition agreement
  • Parent handbook
  • Any other important information
